Practice for Beginners
These type of moves will elongate and strengthen, being kind to your body. Be mindful of your form, focus on your movement and try to get better at it by practicing. Consistency is key. Do not give. up. Start with foundations. Repeat each video at least 4 times, in order to move on to a different one. Feel free to either start small (by doing only the 11 min arms) or start a bit bigger by combining arms and floor work. Whatever works for you. Once you start getting used to my style, and you start feeling comfortable with movement, you may move on to the ASSIGNED TONE LIGHT. Once that feels comfortable, move on to the ASSIGNED Tone of the week. The whole point is to be able to do the assigned routine for 4 to 5 times, or until you feel like you've got the flow and you start to master and enjoy the class. After that, if you wish to do any other workout available to you in Swan, then do so by choosing any workout you like. No rules. Enjoy and learn to LOVE your journey. If you have ANY questions, please leave a comment here or reach out to me on instagram. I try to get back to you always.
With love,
C
