Standing Fusions
Ballet & Chair Fusions: You may do any of these sessions to alternate with the assigned Tone of the week. In this folder you will find barre/ballet inspired workouts. You will experience a full body workout, using one kilo hand weights, bands, and a pilates ball that will challenge you whole body.

Chair fusion 10(with a theraband 30min )
You will need a theraband and a chair

Chair Fusion 11 - Full body
Equipment will be only necessary for the last 10 min of the class. You may skip that if you are traveling or do not have equipment. Small hand weights (1 kilo) and small ankle weights (o.5 kilo each). It is a very challenging class, so practice more than once. I love this one. Hope you do too.

Chair Fusion 12
Hand weights: 3lb or 1.5 kilo
Ankle weights (optional): 1.5 lb or 0.6 kilo -
Chair Fusion 13 (with a bit of low impact cardio)

Chair Fusion 14 (Upper and Lower body)
Ankle weights 0.6 kilos each and a chair

Chair Fusion 15 Full Body
No equipment, although since I was traveling with ankle weights I used them. I cue on the first right side and then let you flow on the left. Hope you love this one. Let me know how it goes. Xx

Ballet Fusion 1- Full Body focused on low body
You will need a bar or a chair

Chair or Ballet bar. Small and big ankle weights as usual. Small hand weights, 3lbs.

You will need a bar, a small pilates ball (or a small weight in case you do not have a ball).

You will need a ballet bar (or a chair), some light weight hand weights (around 1 kilo) and small ankle weights (around 0.6 kilo)

Combine it- Standing Legs and Bum (for days with little time)

You will only need a bar or a chair for this session.

Ballet Fusion 14 (with trampoline)
You will need a trampoline or a chair. One kilo hand weights. You can modify and do the cardio on the floor if you have no trampoline.
The mic turned off during the left leg, but i hope you can still hear my cues.
Enjoy this one and combine it with the Tones anytime during the week. -
Ballet Fusion Flow 17.
Equipment: A bar or a chair. This is a FLOW, so close your eyes, enjoy and feel the movement. I am sorry for the last 5 minutes, the mic battery went off and you will not hear me as close. But, you will be fine. With love, Carolina.
