Ballet & Chair Fusions: You may do any of these sessions to alternate with the assigned Tone of the week. In this folder you will find barre/ballet inspired workouts. You will experience a full body workout, using one kilo hand weights, bands, and a pilates ball that will challenge you whole body.

  • Chair Fusion 24 ( Full Body, Calorie burning)

    Equipment: One chair, place a firm mat under it or just make sure the chair does not slide. Learn how to move around it. That will activate your brain. Please use half kilo ankle weights ( no more).

  • Ballet Fusion 25

    You will need:

    One ballet bar or high chair/ 3 lbs hand weights

  • Ballet Fusion 24 - Full body ( legs & core)

    Use 3lbs hand weights and 1 block. With practice you can add 1 lb to your ankles. I used a light bala ones on my second time around

  • Chair Fusion 23 (with Tone 123 arms)

    You will need a chair. NO ANKLE WEIGHTS.

  • Chair fusion 22- Happy Mothers Day

    Bonus session for Mothers Day- 1.5 lbs ankle weights
    And 3 lbs hand weights

  • Chair Fusion 21

    You will need a sturdy chair, 3 lbs hand weights, a good speaker or AIR PODS and some towels.

  • Ballet Fusion 23

    No equipment, just a bar or a high chair.
    Very little cueing in this session, so try to observe, follow along and do more than once to find your flow.
    This routine is amazing to lift, firm and sculpt the lowe body (including abs)

  • Chair Fusion 20

    An extra little gift for this week!!

    1.5 ankle weights / chair / mat .
    There is kneeling and planking on this one.

  • Ballet Fusion 22

    Full body 35 min workout.
    You will need a ballet bar / 3 lbs hand weights.

  • Ballet Fusion 21

    You will need a bar or a chair. One hand weight (optional).

  • Chair Fusion 19

    Full body routine, focusing on lower body.
    Hope you love it.
    You will need a chair / heavy 3 lbs ankle weights / hand weights to place on top of chair

  • Chair Fusion 18 - Full Body.

    I excuse myself for the annoying flare- it was so sunny. I am looking into something to fix asap on sunny days.
    No kneeling, low impact cardio. Optional 2 sets of ankle weights:
    1.0 lbs on each wrist and 1.5 lbs on each ankle.

    Equipment:

    You will need 0.6kilos or 1.5 lbs for your ankles. (Mine are from www.equiptmovement.com. They are vegan and super cute. Use gogloow for %)

  • Chair Fusion 6 / Focused on legs and abs

  • Chair Fusion 7 (full body with cardio)

    You will need 1.5lbs ankle weights, 2lbs hand weights and a chair.
    This session is about endurance, lots of reps, slow reps and a boost of cardio at the end.
    Enjoy it, practice it and have fun with it.

  • Chair Fusion 8 -Full Body

    You will only need a chair. Since I am on vacay it is a very casual filming, with no mics and very little talking. I hope you enjoy it and even more so, enjoy your summer ☀️
