Ballet & Chair Fusions: You may do any of these sessions to alternate with the assigned Tone of the week. In this folder you will find barre/ballet inspired workouts. You will experience a full body workout, using one kilo hand weights, bands, and a pilates ball that will challenge you whole body.

Chair Fusion 40 ( Cardio)
This class is dived in 2 parts. No weights needed for first half. Second half ( to be done or skipped, you choose) has 3lbs ankle weights and a light long theraband

Chair Fusion 39- No cueing
Please use 1.5 lbs ankle weights or less. Mirror me exactly as I am positioned for easy follow along.

Chair Fusion 38- Hand & ankle weights /no cardio
Use 3lbs hand weights and 1.5 lbs for ankle and 3lbs ankle weights for chair. The intention is :

Chair Fusion 32 - Full Body with a rebounder
You will need a chair, 3 lbs ankle weights and a rebounder. If you do not have a rebounder just freely jump around or skip it.

Chair Fusion 31- Full Body (Weights and Block)
Equipment optional: One yoga block, Two 3 lbs hand weights or less and one pair of 1.5 lbs ankle weights.
Grab a chair and a mat. This Chair Fusion contains kneeling on the floor by the second half of the class.

Chair Fusion ( No equipment, full body)

Chair Fusion with a broomstick (Summer, no equipment workout)
You’ll just need a broomstick and a chair. This workout will target your whole body, will create mobility, lengthen and sculpt.

Chair Fusion 24 ( Full Body, Calorie burning)
Equipment: One chair, place a firm mat under it or just make sure the chair does not slide. Learn how to move around it. That will activate your brain. Please use half kilo ankle weights ( no more).
